About Tim Osborn
Five core principles — faith, integrity, excellence, growth, and empowerment — have shaped every season of my life and leadership. These values guided my 35‑year career in the utilities industry, where I began as an entry‑level utility worker and eventually retired as a vice president.
Today, I bring that same commitment to leaders and emerging leaders across a wide range of industries. My passion is helping people discover their potential, clarify their direction, and develop the character and confidence needed to lead well.
I offer coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, and speaking services for individuals, teams, small businesses, corporations, and community organizations. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Family Science, a Master of Business Administration in Engineering and Technology Management, and an Executive Scholar Certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. I have also completed restorative therapy training through the Faith Based Counselor Training Institute and am a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team.
If you’re committed to lifelong learning and leadership growth — if you want to strengthen your influence, elevate your team, and lead with clarity and purpose — I would be honored to partner with you on that journey.
